Hi Joshua, I'm a small MHP investor in NC and would certainly partner with you on a decent deal. If you have a hard time finding decent financing, please reach out. Thanks and good luck! RM

Hi Erin, What kind of properties are you looking at? Will you be out in the Ashevile area? Good luck!

Greetings, I'm in Western NC and I'm actively seeking to close a deal before EOY or early 2020. Cash flow is main strategy, however, long term hold and grow is also one of my major bullet points. I'm looking at Mobile Home parks and class C- properties anywhere in the SE area, somewhere that i can drive to within a day trip. Thanks and good luck!

Hi Jesus, If you come across some decent MF or MHPs in the Cumberland area, please reach out to me. I know Fayetville was on a growth spurt and recently has seen some changes. I live in WNC and can certainly take a drive out to the coast. I just moved out here from the San Francisco area, I still own some property out there and really have little interest in buying anything further in CA. Good luck and keep me posted. My email address is [email protected]

Hi Kila,

Where is the park located? Are the homes park owned or lot rents? Can you expand? Is this on public or private utilities? If they're park owned homes, have you determined the full cost of deferred maintenance? I might be looking to partner on a deal of this nature, however, a decent MSA is critical for me. Thanks, RM

Hola Tivorones, I'm a Cuban that is Bi-Coastal living part time in California and commuting to where my family is in WNC, Asheville. Originally born in NJ, but raised in Miami like most Cubans. I've been dabbling in the world of RE for the past couple of years and now taking some serious steps moving forward with some MHP deals. I have a MHP now under contract that has lots of nuestros compadres living there. I did purchase a four plex in Napa, CA a couple of years back, a super long rehab and now getting ready to get tenants. I will eventually flip it once its cash flowing well and 1031 into something a bit bigger. I will soon listen to that episode and hope to hear what you have going on, Felipe! Mucha Paz!

Hey Derek, Phyllis has a small shop, we've interviewed her a couple of times but have NOT used her services. We didn't end up closing on that deal in AVL. I don't know if she can handle that many parks, but may worth a try. I have another deal right now under contract, hopefully I'll close on it. Good luck and please let me know if you find someone effective for your needs, i may use them as well.

Phyllis

Thanks for the info, Mike and Michael!

Greetings BP Community in Solano County,

I'm looking for a decent PM to handle a small four plex that we're just finishing a rehab on. Its a complete rehab, in a blue collar area on a main road in very good shape. Demand seems to be huge as folks leave notes on the doorstep all the time wanting to know when they will be available. Any good recommendations from reputable PMs would be highly appreciated. Thank you and stay cool this week!

Hey Josh, please add me to you list of potentially interested individuals for areas around Asheville in the MF space, especially MHPs. We're under contract for a 30+ MHP right now, we'll close in early Sep and we'll be looking to pick up or partner on some more deals in the near future. Thanks, RM
