Finance Partners are wanted!

I am looking for finance partners to buy multifamily deals in Cumberland County, North Carolina as well as some of the surrouding areas in with in the county and in Los Angeles Ca. I currently live on Fort Bragg North Carolina so I can actively head down to the address to check out the deals we put together. I grew up in Los Angeles Ca so i know what areas are good, what areas are bad, what cities and streets to stay away from, etc. I spent 18 years living in Los Angeles Ca and know what areas would be good investments. I just need finance partners to help me lock deals down. Lets get to it!
