If you could get enough potential investors/flippers, you can likely revamp North Richmond into a decent community. Right now, there are a LOT of run down houses, some neighborhoods can be pretty rough with abandoned homes, lots of blight and obviously not very appealing to a wider, millennial audience. However, its likely one of the few areas in the Bay Area with lots of potential upside if a group effort is implemented to make some significant changes.
