Hi all,

I am extremely interested in real estate and hope to acquire enough rental properties to eventually quit the day job, or at least take on a job with less stress and less hours. 

- I currently live in Southern New Hampshire and commute to work just north of Boston daily. I am originally from Boston and would love to move back, pending high prices.

- I own the condo I currently live in, and intend to rent it out as soon as I make my next move.

- I also own a 3 decker in VT that I currently have 2 units rented out, and slowly renovating the third.

Do I buy another duplex and live in one unit in MA? Do I buy another low priced house in Vermont as an investment? The Boston area is tough, and I have no idea where to purchase a place in Boston or within 20 miles north of. 

Any thoughts? 

Can anyone recommend a reliable, honest realtor in the St. Johnsbury VT area?

Is there any need to save tenants checks?

Anyone involved in rental properties in Southern NH?

Brandon Coutts are you looking for property in Manchester? College kids?

I have always been curious about the market in Portland. What were you able to find for a multi up there?

What do you net off your first purchase monthly?

Hi All, I currently own two properties, one in NH and one in VT and looking to make a move back to my home state MAss. Ideally I am looking for a duplex to live in while renting out the other unit. Can anyone recommend good areas/towns to buy for this reason in? Thank you!
