About a week or two ago I learned about BP through its podcast. I've slowly been listening to select old podcasts since then and figured it was time to get involved in the rest of the site. I am a small investor but would like to grow that at some point. I have had a two unit in Portland, ME for about a year and a half. I had a property management company run it up until last week. Now I'm taking over everything (wish me luck!). I'm looking to get all (or at least most) of my processes squared away before getting another property. Right now I'm just hoping to soak up as much info as I can.
