Quit playing around with the tenant get the evection started. Every day that you do not serve them is a day that you have lost revenue

 Please please please… Don’t do which so many I come across practice. It is so necessary to let money accumulated into an account as reserves for when things break, where out, and unexpected surprises. I always suggest putting money away each month for repairs that will occur in the future. It generally cost about eight dollars a month for a water heater. A roof on 1000 square-foot house Will generally run about $33 a month. Once you pay for all of those items than what you have left over is true cash flow

Do your research first. Make a listing on craigslist trailer lot for rent and see how many responses you get for it. Check around with other mobile home parks find out what the demand is
