I don't see much major manufacturing being done anywhere in the states, let alone FL. Its funny when a hyunai is made in AL, but a Ford is made in Canada.

There was a link to a report a few months ago on BP that showed the top 10 cities with the lowest home prices and the top 10 cities with the highest rent. Jax was on both of those lists.

Thank @Raymond B. I often browse the site and post from my windows phone, a few weeks ago the @ mentions stopped functioning from the device.  I don't know if BP did an update or maybe my phone was updated.

Hi @Emmanuel there are multiple REIA around the area, there is also a BP meet up happening over in Tampa in the next few weeks.

Where in Pinellas do you invest?

I'm partial to FL, because I'm from here. Sarasota tends to be pricy,, id look on the outskirts of the area or Ft Myers.

Welcome @Joe Glick. Check out all of the bigger pockets published books, especially @Brandon Turners new book. Where in Jax do you hold properties? I'm very interested in orange park or Middleburg, looks like very affordable properties and possibly decent rents. I'm based in Clearwater but have spent some time up your way.

@Alex Araujo what class of property? I have a PM in Tampa that I use for a duplex I have in a rough neighborhood. They do a very good job handling lower end properties, but I don't know how I'd feel having them handle a nice class A property.
