Personally we use Yardi and Rentcafe.  There are many popular apps you can schedule free demo's with all of them.  Local apartment associations also offer screening services online. Get what is right for you.

just realize that things don't always go according to plan. At least you took action and you are an investor now.  Fix up the joint, rent it out and move on to the next project.

I have been in the PM business for 26 years and it's a marathon. Make sure you really want to be in this space.  Fair housing laws need to be navigated swiftly.  There are training programs for newbies.  Once you scale, it's very rewarding.  Congrats on your new business!!
