SurePoint Equity is the go to. Cheaper than Fallot (Mortgage Man) and cheaper than Goldsmith. Jordan, Saul, and Leigh are great to work with and are super prompt.

I love airbnb due to less wear and tear on the property. The best part is you can throw the property on the MLS at anytime if the market gets hot.

Harry Borders seems to be the best investor friendly title company. However, Beth Rojas with Agency Title is the best in the area for short sales.
