Real Estate Attorney Recommendation?

Looking for a recommendation for a good real estate attorney in Louisville for my mom.  She was "the bank" for a woman who passed away a while back and my mom needs to foreclose to get her property back.  The attorney she tapped almost two years ago has been useless.
