My goal is to get to the, "I'm too busy to do it myself," stage!

Last month was the first one we had and there were five people total there. This month there are four signed up with a couple more tenantive. We range from brand new  never done a deal, owning multi unit buildings, multiple buy and holds, and multiple fix and flips per year. So all levels are welcome.

@Luke Anderson I have been working in the spec house me space, but due to some rezoning of the school districts the sales where I bought developed lots stop selling like they were last year. Since then I have been researching fix and flips. I found a REO property, for out there was a seven day restriction from investors bidding, then on the seventh day I had two hours to get my highest and best offer in. There was so much competition it sold above asking.

I have now started focus on pre-forecloserure and tax liens properties. I just sent out a post card mailing, and am scrubbing a list to start cold calling. If I get more deals than I can handle I shouldn't have a problem wholesaling out a few contracts.

Hello Travis,

Property management has been an issue for me here. I fired my property management company and manage my own now. As my portfolio grows I will be looking for property management as well.

Hello Camerron,

It has been four months, did the deal work out for you?

Just curious,

Rob

I have family near Huntsville, and I grew up about an hour from there.
