J, do you use this attorney for your closings? If so, his address is all the way out on the East side perimeter. Do you go all the way out there for your closings or does he have another, closer office?
Thanks

What Robert said. And once you have the purpose(s) narrowed down, even then it will come down to his personal preference. Revolver vs. pistol? Best thing would be find someone who owns one or more of the models you narrow your list down to and go to a firing range so he can shoot them. Or at the very least let him hold them/play with them in the store.

For personal protection/concealed carry, I think anything over a .380 is too bulky. Ruger makes the lcp 380 that is available with a built in laser sight. I shot my friend's and it's an excellent gun, but I would definitely also purchase the extended clip so you can fit one more finger onto the grip. I felt like it might want to flip upwards in my hand without it. Kel-Tec also makes a nice VERY lightweight .380, and it's available in a carbon fiber composite finish that is SWEET. I think that may be my next purchase. (I think Ruger's 380 is also available in the carbon fiber composite finish). Both slip nicely into the front pocket of your jeans.

For something to carry in your vehicle, I have a Taurus .45 that I love. I also have a Desert Eagle 44 Magnum with laser sight for having fun with. It's all in what you want out of it.

Roulette has the highest house advantage in the casino. Basic strategy 3:2 blackjack has the lowest house advantage, along with craps playing pass line/come bets with odds only, no prop bets. I'm a poker player, but also love craps (pass line/come bets with odds only!). Sometimes I'll play blackjack but only if it's 3:2 on a player blackjack. Most casinos have gone to paying 6:5 on a blackjack which is crap. I refuse to play the 6:5 games. I also use a couple of card counting methods so I usually win.
I bought $200 worth of chips at the craps table when this drunk girl went on an absoulute heater with the dice. I walked away 30 mins later with over $3k. Would have been MUCH more but I didn't have the guts to let it all ride on her heater!

Oops, I mentioned the wrong Jeff in my post above. Jeff Harding, it was nice meeting you. I hope we can get the gang together again sometime, it was fun. Until then, What's the occasion?

1. Price to be dependent on size of moat.
2. All moat creatures to remain with moat.
3. Knight suits are encouraged to have someone hiding in them, but we will consider vacant suits!!!
4. We love dragons! $1000 bonus for fire breathing breeds!
5. Castle walls not up to code? No problem! We will pay to have all walls built to current standards of 125 ft.

Josh, Thank you for doing an incredible job. It was nice meeting you.

As so many people have stated, the quality of speakers at this event was incredible. I could listen to these exact presentations 10 more times and pick up something new every time (which is why I'm looking forward to getting the audio!).

These speakers were among the absolute best and brightest in the RE field, but yet so many of them took the time to "come down to my level" and hang out away from the conference rooms, after hours, at lunch, whatever the case may be to answer questions. It was awesome hanging out, chatting and networking with multi-millionaires who are cool, down to earth, genuinely good people who are helping others. These are the people we should be plastering on TV to tell their stories, not the celebretards/celebresluts everybody idolizes and obsesses over right now.
Pick your favorite professional sport. Now imagine the absolute top athletes getting together and sharing with you all of their tips, strategies and info that got them to where they are. And going to dinner with you. And telling you to email/call them if you have any questions. AND MEANING IT.

I had the pleasure of hanging out (mostly just listening and absorbing) with Rich Weese, Aaron Mazzrillo, Tahani Aburaneh, Will Barnard, Peter Giardini, J Scott, Marty Boardman and Ryan Webber. Thank you all for sharing your stories and knowledge. It will be invaluable as I grow my RE career.

I met some amazing attendees also. Steven from Oklahoma City and Ed O: Your passion was incredible. You guys have lit a fire under me. When we meet again, I fully expect myself to be where you are now. And I fully expect you guys to still be that much further ahead of me. Thank you.
McKellar, Rusty, Jeff Sielicky, Tod, Ember, Matty: I had an awesome time hanging out with you all. I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Greg B: You're a great person doing great thing for kids, which is something I can personally relate to. Thanks for all you do. It was a pleasure meeting you. Try not to start any altercations next time, OK? :-)

Sorry for such a long post, but I'll end it with this. Special thanks to @Michael Quarles who played a huge part in making it possible for me to attend. Your generosity will not be forgotten. I have no doubt I'm going to go forth and succeed in building a successful real estate career. And when I do, I will pay your kindness forward in spades.

How's this?:

Mended Properties buys distressed homes in desirable areas. We then carefully renovate and tastefully update them to provide affordable housing and revitalize neighborhoods.

Too long?

I'm working on the back of the card now. Didn't want the front too cluttered. It will be blank except a brief summary of what I do and maybe a small logo. Non-glossy so you can write on it.
