New Member from Middle Georgia

Hi Folks,
My name is Randy and I live in Kathleen Georgia. Most folks around here call this the heart of Georgia. We are pretty close to the center of the state. Anyway, I am so excited to be here. I am a real estate investor/wholesaler with numerous deals under my belt. I got involved in investing back in 2000 when I moved to Norther Virginia. After completing several deals and making some good money, I got sick and had to stop for a while.

I have since retired from Federal Civil Service, moved back to where I grew up, and finally able to get back to what I truly love and that is investing in Real Estate. I have an inactive Georgia Real Estate license and my wife has an inactive Brokers license as well as an inactive Real Estate license in Virginia. I tell you this as background so that you will know that I am versed in Georgia Real Estate.
