The 3rd party charging stations leave a lot to be desired and are overpriced. We just moved from FL to NV in a dual motor 3 and had no issues with Supercharging, but that 373-mile S would be nice. Cybertruck is going to be a long 2 year wait. I slept on it and I reserved a dual motor the next day, and then the day after that I decided on the other 2 models too. The looks can be polarizing, but the functionality and price can't be denied. For $39,900, with autopilot. And after watching trucks on commercials and in the parade today, they are starting to look dated.

@Jamie Psmith Online auctions open the bidding to everyone in the world. I rarely even watch them anymore.

You may find better luck in the counties that still do it in person. Plus you won't have the issue of leaving money in a deposit account.

@Michael Carbajal

Don't do the work yourself. If you don't have the funds to renovate, then you need to start shopping it around to see if you can sell it 'as is'.

@Amy Spransy

What state? In Florida, banks named as defendants are in second and third position, and they are wiped out. I don't see why other states wouldn't be the same way though.

Thanks for the invite. I'll put it in my calendar. I may have some properties of interest.

@Juan Alvarez

Go out and get an unsecured business line of credit before you need it. I have a few from large national and regional banks. You can use them for whatever you need, but stick to using them for short term buys and rehabs. They are like credit cards, but they shouldn't show up on your credit report. If you have good credit it's the cheapest and easiest way to get access to fast capital when you need it.

Ok. I'm just getting a final inspection on a new single family over there on Ocean View, and finishing up the first of 3 duplexes in lagoon oaks, across from the Navy base. Half the inquiries are asking about vacation rental. I think your duplexes are a couple houses down.

@Michael Caro

Factor in your closing costs and holding costs.

There is no profit in this deal for you.

The seller may be willing to finance it because he can't sell it for the price he wants.

If I have too many projects going, I'm only selling one for cash and I wouldn't be financing it.
