We have come across a number of vacant properties which we sent letters to the owners, but they are getting returned. The address which the City has on file for them is incorrect.

Any recommendations on how to track down these owners?

Hi All, I recently joined Bigger Pockets and I live and invest in Philadelphia. My wife and I have been investing for the past 2 years and own a Real Estate investing company. We actively market in the area and are currently focusing on fix and flips, buy and holds and wholesaling. We also purchase deals for cash from other investors.
