Hi All, I recently joined Bigger Pockets and I live and invest in Philadelphia. My wife and I have been investing for the past 2 years and own a Real Estate investing company. We actively market in the area and are currently focusing on fix and flips, buy and holds and wholesaling. We also purchase deals for cash from other investors. We really enjoy networking and meeting other people from the Philadelphia area. We look forward to meeting and connecting with other investors from Bigger Pockets!
