@Patrick Menefee Hey Patrick.  Congrats on the 4 plex!  I’m right on the border of Belmont and Gastonia (New Hope Rd.).  I’m personally looking to buy in Belmont right now.  That area is growing fast.  Won’t be long before prices skyrocket.  With so many people moving to the Charlotte area, it’s inevitable that it gets pushed to Gastonia.  You’re in a great position with that 4 plex in my opinion.

@Tim Vitale Hey Tim, I'm looking for the same. Have a potential deal in Charlotte, that will need some of the same repairs. Live in Gastonia myself. I'm newer to REI, and would like to start establishing some relationships with reputable GCs in the area. Let me know if you find someone you can recommend. Thanks!
