I would not deal with them. I went years ago and they treated me as if I could not afford anything . I would not  recommend them ! I had 75k ready to invest ! Now I own 3 rentals . Do your own homework !

Hello All, My friend and I are considering purchasing 10 acres in the Houston area outskirts. The plan is to make it a RV park. His property is next door and owns  25 acres. Does any one here have any  information or advise on  developing a RV park.  Zoning? electricity? water ? insurance , Taxes ?  So on...We want to make sure before closing this deal that we  recognize all the red flags. I am a landlord myself but no experience on RV parks.

I just finished a foundation job and I can refer you to a company that helped me

@Charles Fletcher

I also own 2 rent houses in Humble. I got lucky as well.  One home  did have some water damage  due to the roof being old , but insurance will take of that.  I also live next to the lake and I was dry. Down the street 2 miles away in Kingwood was a different story.

I wonder what the market will turn to now...

These are mostly all  things you can do yourself.

@Shawn Thom

The lot will not have a cabin on it.  I will eventually build.
