Amazing story. Have you made any other investments? We've been looking at Evansville since we have friends in the area, but not sure what the outlook is in the area. Any advice?

Does anyone know how the market in Evansville is? I have friends out there, but they are not real estate centric... Want to get an idea of the potential growth for buy and hold properties. Early research shows a declining population, but I'd love to get more experienced opinions. Thanks all!
