@Mark Beno have you ever heard of groundfloor.us they do Crowd Funding and they allow buy and hold properties but I don't know all the terms though...

@Jason Schimer I have 2 investors from Miami that do Full time investing in Atlanta....I can always give them your number and you can network with them....The 1 investor I actually bought a deal from and he is making things happen....

My name is Ricky Mckenzie and I am a "Real Estate Investor" before the "Great Crash of 2008" I was really Active but now the Market is back and I am back! I currently live in Atlanta and I have a 10 year old Son who going to be the Next "NBA Star" !! I Love GOD, My Child and Real Estate!!

My Question is with Real Estate going up soooo Fast do you think that we will see another "Bubble" like we saw in 2008??
