Good afternoon everyone!! My name is Brian, I am a "born-again" investor from Atlanta, GA.  When I say born again, I am one of the guys who took a hit in 2009 and has struggled to recover and regain my confidence (and finances) to be able to get back in the game.

After hearing a few Bigger Pockets blogs and attending some local events, I am on fire, ready to explore real estate investing from all angles, including: buy and hold, flips, and wholesaling.  Looking forward to learning the ropes of the forum and learning from everyone's experiences!!  Let's get it!!
