Hello Kyle! What is your favorite sports team? Strange question I know, but BP is about real estate investing and life so I want to know.

I do wholesaling and I have 7 years of Property Management experience. Are you flipping or doing some buy and hold as well?

I just listened to a Bigger Pockets Podcast #38 of Travis Daggett where he discussed buying HUD homes in Mobile, Alabama and wholesaling them by using his real estate agent who runs a Property Management company down there. Maybe you should connect with him if you haven't already.

Also I live in Maryland as well. If you are looking for partners let me know.

Good post! Sounds like you weathered the storm and made a good profit on the end. Are you planning on doing more flips soon? What is your timeframe for acquiring more properties?
