Hi all..!  Can anyone suggest a reputable property management company located in the King of Prussia area?  Looking to rent out home and move out of state so I wanted to start researching this. Any help would be greatly appreciated as always.

Have a great day

Rick

Congrats on finding a place. Keep me posted on your progress. I am still looking for my first as well. Sounds like you have a good base plan set up.  Hopefully they will accept your offer.

Good luck!

I agree with both Andy and Jessica. I live right across the river from Norristown and have actually had friends try and invest there. It was nightmare after nightmare. If it wasn't crime it was horrible tenants and constant eviction processes that tied up both their funds and time.  Jessica is right, on paper it looks great but it is definitely an area to tread lightly in.

Try Bridgeport.

Hi Jill,

Welcome to BP. I am in the same boat right now. I am concentrating my searches in Montgomery County. Specifically in and around the King of Prussia area. There are some good group meetings on Meetup.com for our area. Good luck..!!

Welcome Sean! I just left Vanguard myself a few months ago and got my license in December. Still saving for my first property while I work another full time job.

If you are interested in a local meeting there is a Montgomery/Chester co meeting coming up May 14th. I can give you the details if you're interested.

Take care and best of luck

Rick

Hi Jeff,

Welcome to the site. As a rookie from Montgomery County it is always nice to see new locals on here. The article you posted was very interesting. What kind of REI are you looking to get into?

Here is a link to a local meeting that will be happening soon:

Take care,

Rick

Hi @. Thank you for your service. The Simpsons are great, I laughed when I read your thread. I am also a rookie saving for my first purchase. I got my real estate license just to help me learn a little more.

I am sure you'll be successful. Stick with it.

Rick

Welcome! I am looking to start investing soon. I hope to be able to quit the "rat race" as well.
