Hello,

I'm in the process of purchasing a single family homes in Kansas City, MO. I live in Arizona and believe that we cannot self manage the properties from here. I'm looking for quotes from property managers that would oversee the properties for us. Thanks in advance.

I own a handyman company here in Kansas city. I work for a lot of PM's I have a list of a few that I would feel comfortable recommending. You can PM me if you would like

 Hi Jason,

I am also looking for property Manager for a triplex in Independence, MO. Do you mind forwarding me some names, please? Thanks!

@Ladd Krestan, you forgot to DIY by upvoting the answers you like from the above 2 pros - votes do matter IMO. :)

@Renee Yarbrough, I couldn't figure out what part of REI did you fail? Offer not being accepted or falling through is just the tip of the iceberg in REI. I wouldn't even consider this as as failure but it's just a trailer of the "Pacific Heights" (must watch for every REI)

@Ryan Fox, did you end up buying anything in this zipcode at all? I am looking at a MF deal and was wondering the same.

@Jim Viens, Hello, would you say this is C or C- area? I am looking around N 72nd and N 70th st. Would love to hear your take. TIA.

@Russell Brazil, spot on. Does BP let you up vote a comment 10x? 👍

Having said that some Markets have cooled off for last couple months so that could be another factor.

@Levi Klein, Congrats! You should perhaps add one more Q&A on your list - Was there a plan B if you were to get caught in the down turn and the house was to sit on the Market for longer?  No doubt it was a huge risk and it paid off handsomely.

@Raul De La Paz, yes as John and others have mentioned the legitimate way of wholesaling is build a strong list of buyers and then go find the property as per their criteria. Now that you already have the property under contract just advertise it on Craigslist of course with seller’s permission and see if you can find a buyer. Be Honest and upfront with your seller. Good Luck!
