I have a question for you, my husband and I are new to real estate investing and we are looking to flip.

We have been networking and have a coffee meeting set up with a realtor that says he specializes in beginner flippers. He was recommended by a speaker at one of the events we went to given by a BP member.

He wants to go over some homes and says we would need to provide the down and, if I understand him correctly, he has funding for us. I guess what I am asking is what questions should I be prepared to ask him? I am also concerned about our agreement, not so much with the realtor, but more so with the financing person.

I appreciate your time on this.

I am putting this on my schedule, thank you so much for the opportunity. Do we need to bring anything?

I have a question, I heard that you could use your 401K to buy real estate without having to pay penalties or taxes, is this true?

I am new to real estate investing and I am looking to network with others that are in real estate.

I live close to Seattle Washington and I am new to the area. I would love to find a REI group or some kind of networking group that I can be a part of to learn from and hopefully share my limited knowledge with also.

I want to learn more about flipping and buy and hold w/multi-family units.

Thank you for the information this is very helpful. I am putting a list together for the books I need to read.

My credit is not good, I am working on it, but at this point, I would not be able to use a bank so I am looking more at hard money lenders.

Any sugestions?

I do have a question, I was looking at some lenders that work in the WA area and I found one, but he wants me to sign up for a system with him that would "teach" me the trade and then he would help me find financing. Is this normal?

I am looking to break into flipping in Washington and maybe California. Looking for the right opportunities not only for business but, for connecting with people who are moving in the same direction as I am trying to go.

I am excited to be able to network with people who are willing to help each other.

I am in Federal Way WA, just moved from Colorado with my family. My brother in CA got me started on the biggerPockets website. We are looking to work together and we have little knowledge in the industry, however, we are both hard workers and have been wanting to do this for a long time.

My background is in retail and hospitality industry, I know all about the long hours and late night calls. Not afraid of hard work or making mistakes as long as i learn from them. Hoping that being a part of BiggerPockets will help limit the mistakes.
