I own a single family rental property in Texas, and I hired a management company to handle the tenants.

I originally lived in the house, and upon moving out the company told me to remove the washer/dryer and refrigerator, because that was Texas requires all tenants to bring their own.  I was floored when I heard this.  Is that true?

I never heard of such a thing, and now that I'm selling the house it has not washer/dryer or refrigerator since the tenants moved out and took them.

I've searched online and I can't find any such regulation in Texas.  What is the real deal here?

Does anyone have any experience with them?

We're looking for a single family home first, then once settled in I'll look at more rental properties.  May try a stated income loan on the house, but still searching for top-notch, family-friendly neighborhoods in the suburbs...not easy to do from FL.

I am looking to purchase a home in the Boston Metro area, within a 20-30 minute drive from Newton, MA.  I own 2 properties currently.

I am looking in the range of $750k and under, with approximately a 35% down payment available.  High credit score.  The issue is my documented income may not qualify for that amount.

Are there builders in that area who I could work with? (prefer New Construction)

Any Real estate agents with a strong knowledge of that area, and able to find financing with that down payment?

I own a rental property in TX and my own home in FL.  Due to unforeseen events we are moving to the Boston Metro area ASAP.

I am going to sell both houses, and conservatively will have $250k for a down payment.  Income is not an issue but much of it not easily documented.

Looking to be within 20-30 minute drive of Newton area, and finding homes around $600k-$750k online that look acceptable.  Credit score 720.

Are there builders in the area who we may work with in this scenario?

Are there agents in the area who can make a 25-30% down payment work?

if you foreclose in GA after waiting the 12 months, do you now own it or does it go to auction?
