I just sent you a message for our monthly meetups that we hold in DFW. We focus on different topics each meetup to discuss and brainstorm with other like minded individuals. The next one we have coming up is tomorrow morning, hope you can make it!

@Ryan White I cannot find the Grapevine meetup either, but would love to join! I host a meetup as well if you shoot me a DM I will fill you in. Next one is this Saturday in Plano. usually 10-40 people each time of local investors. No sales.

We are holding our monthly meetup and will be discussing different approaches to successfully get a price reduction or seller concession. Come meet other likeminded industry professionals that are looking to expand their investment portfolios and can also help you achieve your personal real estate goals.
