Thank you for your comments. I walked on the deal. To much drama and was concerned with liability’s with the title. I guess I need to learn more about auctions prior to getting involved

Bought another rental property from auction and it is occupied. They say it’s my responsibility to deal with after closing and i’ll receive a quick claim deed. Am I in trouble or what?

Bought property/ occupied

Bought another property off an auction and it is occupied. They say I can’t inter the property until I have a closing and receive a quick claim deed. Is this a big deal or what? The contract/instructions say it’s on me to remove occupant. In Texas

I’m in Copperas Cove, and I could be interested too. I have been a BP fan for a while but never made a meet up

Thanks, Rick

Crawfordford Plumbing is my favorite, Cove Plumbing is also very good but cost more and sometimes not so timely.

Hope this helps, Rick

I am a real estate investor in Copperas Cove. For all the work you listed I would use one contractor and a quote for the complete job. It is quicker and cost less as opposed to use several. "Lamps Remodeling" would be my choice. He has done work for me and I was very satisfied.

Hope this helps, Rick
