Tile & painter needed for Copperas Cove Project

Hello BP,

I'm in the process of closing up a deal in Copperas Cove TX  it's a small house (1350Sq) that will need some work done. 

Items to be complete:

Framing of small 6 foot wall with door to make the master bathroom more private from the master bed room. 

Painting everything inside the house, walls, ceiling, closets, kitchen, inside garage.

Repair cieling sheet rock cracks

Restain kitchen, all bathroom cabnets

Repaint front door

Rehang front door light

Rehang back door light

Replace trim around back door

Install Tile through out property

Should I hire out one company to do all the work, or high out each type of job needing to be completed. I'm fine being the GC on this project. Or just go with a handy man. If anyone in that area has a company or person that can do the work please let me know.
