Hello Everyone,

Mark your calendars!!!!!!  We will be having our next Monthly Meetup on Friday, September 3rd, from 5:30 PM on-wards at Hops and Hounds (inside room on the 1st floor, directly to the left of the entrance).  We will be discussing another educational topic, "Partnering in Real Estate...the Pros and Cons and the Essential Documentation Required", presented by Rick Pozos (https://www.pozosreport.com/).

Rick has been investing in real estate for over 18 years and has a finance degree from UTSA ’91. He has a diverse background as he worked for a property manager, real estate developer,  multiple restaurants, food service distributor, school, pawn shop and has held a real estate license.  He is currently self-employed and specializes in all-things real estate, as well as holding notes.
