Justin Carpenter

Justin Carpenter is the president of DJ Jordan Holdings, Inc., a real estate business that oversees the management and deployment of investment interests on behalf of several private hard money lending funds. He is one of two operating partners that directs a combined mortgage portfolio of more than $65M with nearly 400 loans in service.

A seasoned real estate and finance professional, Justin has been involved with buying, selling, funding, and managing residential and commercial real estate for more than 18 years. Along the way he has completed more than 150 “flip” projects, wholesaled more than 500 homes, collected in excess of $2M in assignment fees, and facilitated the funding of more than 1500 transactions.

Under his direction, DJ Jordan Funding originates 350-400 hard money loans each year, proudly serving investor-borrowers throughout Texas, Tennessee, and most recently North Carolina.
