@Hernell D. Man I didn't think of it from the opening rate point of view, but I agree saving money or getting some holiday money back should definitely bring a couple more people to my list thank you.

@April Crossley I was thinking the same thing about the marketing as well as season greetings/cold calling, but the stamps is not a bad idea either thank you.

I am just starting in Real Estate and I was wondering does the holidays change any ones goals or marketing. I was debating on doing a direct mail campaign right before the holidays but being a new investor I can not afford to waste a campaign or afford to miss a good time to catch everyone in the "Holiday Spirit" any other opinion will be greatly appreciated. Happy holidays and thank you in advance.

@Ola Dantis  I just looked at your site and it is very nice I am looking to start my website very soon with how much information you have how long did it take to build it? Also, did you have to add any outside plug-in or anything?

First off, I am not a new member but I have recently changed my commitments I have been wanting to give Real Estate investing a try for a while now just had to get past the "analysis paralysis" stage and I am ready to get my hands dirty so to speak (or literally in a rehab or flip). I plan to work in So. IL, W. Ky, and E. Mo. so if any investor would like to connect with me from those areas or any areas please reach out to me. Any body that reads my post would you be so kind as to share one "must know" for new investor that has helped your business get off the ground.  Thank you very much in advance
