First off, I am not a new member but I have recently changed my commitments I have been wanting to give Real Estate investing a try for a while now just had to get past the "analysis paralysis" stage and I am ready to get my hands dirty so to speak (or literally in a rehab or flip). I plan to work in So. IL, W. Ky, and E. Mo. so if any investor would like to connect with me from those areas or any areas please reach out to me.
