Well we use multiple platforms for many different jobs and goals, right? You don't just post a for sale ad on craigslist, you use multiple platforms. Each platform may reach a different group of clients.

I believe g+ will become stronger and stronger as we move forward and Google grabs a larger and larger chunk of the market.

To answer the original question I use it to connect with young people at a more business-personal level, colleague request type of stuff. I find more and more young professionals starting to lean towards g+, but this could be my area.

I was wondering how many properties would go up for sale / what values would do, when this was announced. Overall, your numbers look great but as cautioned watch for the big maintenance items. The money your looking to put into it, does that include any major items (roof, furnace, etc.)?

Good luck!

Daytime highs of 10-15F for the next couple days starting tonight, lows below 0 at night (up to -25 to -30 with wind chill). It isn't a issue if they use a heated tent but they didn't plan to. Concrete needs to maintain ~45-50F for a couple days to cure to it strongest potential. Since concrete generates heat during the curing process temps can hit mid-20's and be ok, but below 0 is the issue.

Either way, good news, the pour was cancelled this morning after some phone calls.

Thanks,

Ryan

Hello, guys and gals I need a recomendation.

Currently have a build in progress and the contractor is stuck on deadlines and pouring a basement and garage floor tomorrow even with the extreme cold temperatures in forecast. They stated they will use blankets but won't be enough with these temps coming to Colorado.

Anyways I'm looking for a concrete inspector, any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ryan
