Mitch Villalva I'm on the same boat. I live in San Diego, and I am going through Allied School of Real Estate. I highly recommend them. I had friends get their RE education from them, and no complaints. Check them out! I wish you all the best. Rhea
Hey BP Community, Anyone from San Diego, Ca? If so, I am in search of an accountant in my area. Any recommendations would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance. Rhea

Hey BP community, My name is Rhea and I am currently looking into a online RE program here in CA. Did anyone get their RE training/education through Allied School of Real Estate? If so, as a RE investor, aside from the main classes of the RE principles and practice, the program gives us a choice to chose one of these elective classes: Real Estate Finance (2011-04) Real Estate Appraisal (2383-06) Real Estate Economics (3228-10) Property Management (3008-08) Legal Aspects of Real Estate (3192-10) Real Estate Office Administration (3166-09) Escrows (1670-97) As an investor who only wants to sale properties that are my own, what class do you think will be more beneficial to me? Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Rhea

Nick Feliciano My goal in Real Estate is to get my RE license which I am currently working on now. But for investing, I would like to focus more on wholesale and flipping homes. I know I would like to look into other things, but those 2 are my main focus. Thanks for your time Nick. Rhea

Hey BP community, My name is Rhea and I'm looking for a mentor, someone to invest a significant portion of their time and energy to teach me all you know. I offer nothing to this relationship, but expect you to jump at the chance because you probably have nothing better else to do. So, who's first?!

Curt Davis I think the guy is looking from an all cash purchase standpoint.  I doubt anyone is getting anywhere close to an 18% ROI from an all cash purchase. Conventional financing is more doable.  Also unless your buying duplex's no single family home is renting out for $2,000 per month for being all in at $100k.   I guess I didn't read the "all cash purchase". Your right about getting 18% in return if it were bought in cash.. It would be more between 10-12% in return. All my investments so far are single family homes. I haven't even looking into buying duplex's. I see you are from Memphis, and a turnkey provider.

Hey Cameron, check out Memphis Invest. They have been really good to me, and they have a really good reputation. I bought a few properties from them and luckily I came across great numbers! My very first turnkey property has a 18% return. Good luck on your search! Rhea
