Hi Nick!

My name is Clementina Reynolds and I am an electrical engineer in Tucson, Arizona. I work for Raytheon (defense contractor) and am a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Southern Arizona. 

Currently, I am saving up for a down payment on a multifamily home to begin my real estate investing journey. The need to jump over the first deal hurdle is intense for me as well. I'm in my mid-twenties and have been thinking about it since I graduated college.

Are you suggesting that work was done to the house that was not permitted?
