Yeah, Bond is another one @David Dachtera @Jeff Johnson

Haven't used it myself but it looks neat. I think it's a good idea.

I throw most of my mail away. Why use someone I don't know? I typically ask a friend, but I have used Zillow.

Eran, is this something that you are still looking for?

Zillow has an API that you could use. Of course, you could always use the MLS, if you have access to it.

There's also a company called Attom Data Solutions who is putting together a pretty solid Property Data API.

Let me know if you need any help?

Does emailing them work instead? Sounds like it would be easier. I'd be curious to know if the ROI is similar.

Thanks for the Post. You make a good point.

It is important to take some time every day to try and think deeply about what you are working on, and why.

I have personally started to take some time to think about this sort of stuff every morning for about an hour or two. I have found that it has really helped me work on the stuff that's important, and assign busy, non-value added, work to VAs, or automation utilities.

Rather than getting buried in my emails, I started using the Outlook app on the iPhone, which helps filter our important email from non-important email, so I basically don't have to read all my emails anymore. Then I move emails that I have to work on into  Asana

That sort of workflow has really helped manage priorities.

@Chris Frydenlund go ahead and send me a PM, I have created small apps for scrapping and automating on Craigs so I should be able to help you out.

I was interested in finding out, what are the more popular software application that people are using to help operate their Real Estate Business?

Certainly there is the software that all of us are aware of: Zillow, the MLS system, and Trulia. Though when it comes to Property Management, Investment Evaluation, Analytics, News, and Accounting, what are people really using to help their business operate?

What software has really helped your business the most?

I really look forward to hearing from everyone, Thank you!

I am glad I read through some of the forums on this Topic before I asked the same question @Darlynn Bailey. Its good to know what tasks people do need help automating. I was in Real Estate for about 5 years doing Field Service work, but ended up starting a company that Automates Business Processes for Real Estate Companies and Field Servicers. This was mainly because when we did start scaling up our business it was difficult to keep track of all the properties and the bits of important information concerning each. If anyone wants to find out about our service let me know. Our Website is: http://paradigmrpa.com//

We are looking for a Business Partner in Northern Colorado that has a Brokers License. A previous client of ours reached out to us recently to see if we could find tenants for the rental properties that they own. Please reach out to me if you are interested and want more details.

We have worked with this client for 4 years, previously securing and maintaining foreclosed homes. They have recently transitioned to rental property management.

Our company UAS has been around for a year, and we operate a company called Genesis Preservation currently.
