Springhill is a great place to buy single family homes. You get your monies worth. Yes its far from tampa but hwy 19 is an easy way to get into clearwater beaches. I been investing in clearwater so if you have questions let me know. Rena

Is it best to have a P.O Box/UPS mail box to conduct business as a landlord. I had to send my tenant 3 day notice didn’t want him to know my primary home address.
