Is it best to have a P.O.Box or a UPS mailbox

Is it best to have a P.O Box/UPS mail box to conduct business as a landlord. I had to send my tenant 3 day notice didn’t want him to know my primary home address.

Many post offices are now offering street addresses.  And they accept packages from FedEx, etc, unlike before.  My USPS box is 25% the cost of my local UPS Store.
