Hello everyone,

I am in the middle of a Tenant eviction. I took her to court and now she still trying to send me rent. What do I need to do? Property located in Florida.

@Rena Barron she never signed the amendment, I’d accept $700 and all your costs for the eviction. If that’s covered in your lease. If she agrees, cancel the eviction, if not evict.
