Have any of you heard of Biproxi, a Zillow version for commercial real estate? It seems like it is going to address the fragmented commercial real estate market. I'm just curious if any of you have used it.

The real problem with all these software vendors is that their missing out on a HUGE opportunity. I would LOVE a service that created a network of boots on the ground people that you could hire on demand. I've suggested this to Cozy, but it just went nowhere. I'd be like an UBER model that would allow you to hire property managers or other boots on the ground folks for miscellaneous tasks.

Any of you use Rethink CRE or have looked at it? What are your thoughts on using it for commercial real estate prospecting?

Besides Podio, what customer relationship management (CRM) software are you using to prospect, track, purchase, and wholesale commercial real estate?
