@Rachel Mellies My wife and I currently invest long distance. It’s the way to go. Value add properties is the best way you’re gonna make substantial profit. There’s always risk involved and even if you do your homework on a company you may still deal with some headaches but no guts no glory.

@Sapir Simply don’t change anything. You’re name is a great way to brand yourself. With a first name like Sapir you don’t even need a last name. You’ll be like the Madonna or Cher of real estate. If you provide great service your cool and unique name will speak volumes within the industry.

@Jim K.

My apologies for coming off like that. Not my intent at all. Really not being sarcastic or trying to be a dick. But from your post it sounds like you’re having some inner conflict and the real estate question is merely a catalyst.

@Jim K.

Sounds like you have some deeper issues going on unrelated to real estate.

Just wondering if PropStream app is worth the investment and if anyone has experience with it.
