Casey Gocel your best bet if you want to get into flipping is to find an investor willing to offer you an opportunity to work with them and exchange for your efforts or time. If you obtain your Real estate license you may offer that as a means for the developer to save on commission costs. I live in Northern New Jersey and the numbers are wild but the best thing to do is to get into rehabbing since most of the homes here in Northern New Jersey are coming up to their expiration date I need to be updated. Central jersey I believe that the homes could be lucrative when rehab. Never hurts to find a an investor in a local REIA to offer your time and effort's in exchange for a valuable education

I believe you are on the right path to ensuring financial freedom. At this point if you were able to find a partner that you can provide your effort as a means of currency you may be able to start investing in real estate. By this I mean finding an investor who is willing to employ you and give you a portion of the profit. A good start would to be a real estate agent with your real estate agents license you will be able to provide your investor access to the MLS thought your effort. The real estate license but also provide you some income and flexibility in time in producing capital while you were at school.

The best way to invest us to start in an area you are familiar with as my colleagues have already mentioned. In the area that also has connections can help you in your endeavors.

Yes by finding agency you can choose any of the big brokerage like with your banker and Remax. I started out my career at Caldwell banker and they have excellent teaching tools for new agents to set you off and have you looking for leads and clients. Having the MLS is essential in order to find deals. As an agent you'll be able to also save on commission since you were going to be purchasing for yourself. In my opinion the best step for anybody in real estate is to get the real estate license. Relations to is invaluable and can provide you a back up in case flipping doesn't work

Luke Lyles !! In my opinion I think flipping is more lucrative than wholesaling as you all may already know. I too enjoy seeing a home transform from ugly Betty to beautiful Betsy. You can do flipping as a part-time but it will require a lot of work and a lot of your free time devoted to ensuring that your contractors are on time and that your project moves swiftly and efficiently

Hello David Polius !!!! I think the best move in order to understand the process is to become an agent. Becoming an agent allows you access to the MLS which has rooms are being sold for sale. It also allows you to understand the clients that are coming in going if you choose to work as an agent prior to getting into home development. I am an agent and real estate developer in northern Jersey and I cannot begin to tell you how vital it is that I have my real estate license. I worked as an agent prior to getting into the business and realize that now I have a better insight on the clients then I did prior
