Hello Team BP, Here is a list of properties we own or are in contract. As many of you know from time to time we post assets to share with the community. All of the prior post we have put up of our inventory have been SOLD successful or we have turned around ourselves and made PROFITS. PLEASE NO TIRE KICKERS. 1) Hayward by 92- Double Story home 4/3 (1845 sqft) Property has prior owner: Either we will be doing CASH for Keys or a possible eviction. (WE OWN THIS PROPERTY)  #1 & #2 CAN BE A 15 DAY CLOSE ------ #3 MUST CLOSE ESCROW BY MAY 11TH & #4  MUST CLOSE ESCROW BY MAY 12TH ( if we close escrow on #3 & #4 and you decided to purchase the price will be higher thus I'd request you purchase prior to save $15k to $20k )

WE HAVE 3 DEALS CLOSING NEXT WEEK. EACH DEAL HAS A TON OF MEAT ON THEM. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE'RE POSTING SUCH AN AD. 

WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER 40% OF THE DEAL TO A SILENT JV PARTNER. THE SILENT JV PARTNER WOULD COME UP WITH 30% - 35% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT WHICH WOULD COVER THE DP AND MTG PAYMENTS. OUR FIRM WILL PAY FOR THE RENOVATION AND WILL MANAGE TO RESALE THE PROPERTY THROUGH OUR BROKERAGE..
