Chris, I have never been aware of any State to where an individual is not allowed to buy or sell their own Real Estate, no license is needed.

Have you seen the law yourself? 

If you are on the contact as a buyer or you are the seller, I am not aware of any limitations, i am curious, can you send me a copy of the State statutes.

I have worked with Dennis's Students for years, I have never heard of anyone having anything bad to say, as a Realtor I prefer to work with an investor who has taken his courses because they have a plan, they know where to find money, and most of all they know how to make a decision.
