It's difficult to fully accept the Zillow Zestimate as 100% accurate. I merely use it a simple marker based on other factors & do not rely entirely to it

SEO really only kicks in once you have content that's receptive to your audience. Otherwise, it's a huge waste of $ to get paid ads without having anything to show, which consequently only increases bounce rate even if it does increase page views (false positive). Natural SEO is also built with hq content. 

Although, there is are ways to build natural SEO through growth hacking. Here's the definitive guide to growth hacking. I'm sure you'll find it useful

Creating high quality content for your website is one of the best ways to generate leads (i.e.: sharing your knowledge about real estate in a 'somewhat' nicely edited video)

Email scraping & emailing the users from CL without their consent can be considered spam, & can have consequences. As a software engineer, I highly advise this tactic but you're more than welcome to try it but be aware of its consequencs.
