Could any of you kind folks refer me to top notch & legitimate wholesalers for KCMO, Jackson County, & surrounding areas? Looking to get some good wholesale deals done in KCMO.

Much appreciated,

Hey BP Friends, I have a 6.12 acre land development deal for sale in the City of Santa Clarita.

The seller & his architect recently had an "Open Meeting" with the City of Santa Clarita, & plans have been approved for a 150 room hotel, 2 medical buildings, & a parking structure. Alternative plans include an 80 unit apartment complex, or senior housing. They have not started entitlements because they are looking for a buyer to take over where the owners left off.

Santa Clarita is a quickly growing suburb north of Los Angeles, & is within Los Angeles County, California. Santa Clarita is the fourth largest city within LA County.

New Commercial / Industrial Developments in the Santa Clarita Valley

Priced at $15 million. I can provide additional information to serious buyers.

Very awesome, congrats! Can you further detail what went down when you say there's "a LOT of strategic communications and negotiations, I eventually got them to accept a price of $790,000" ?

How were you able to negotiate the discount? Did you have to make concessions? If so - what were they?
