Hey BP Friends, I have a 6.12 acre land development deal for sale in the City of Santa Clarita.

The seller & his architect recently had an "Open Meeting" with the City of Santa Clarita, & plans have been approved for a 150 room hotel, 2 medical buildings, & a parking structure. Alternative plans include an 80 unit apartment complex, or senior housing. They have not started entitlements because they are looking for a buyer to take over where the owners left off. 

Santa Clarita is a quickly growing suburb north of Los Angeles, & is within Los Angeles County, California. Santa Clarita is the fourth largest city within LA County.
