Hey guys,

Not sure if this a question for this forum or another, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
I have just started my real estate career in Los Angeles, however due to family reasons I need to move to Arizona next year for around 1.5-2 years.

I don't believe either state has reciprocity so I can't have both licenses. What are the steps I would need to take to move my license over to Arizona and get my California license back when I return in 2 years? Is it even worth the hassle?

Thanks!

Does anyone have experience with Tucson? Seems like there is less inventory listed there than Scottsdale. Wondering if it’s a good opportunity.

I 10000000% agree with you on notary being a completely antiquated and useless system to be using when we have biometrics and technology to be used to verify identity in seconds. Terrible system that needs to go away ASAP.

Hello,

I am an aspiring real estate agent in CA. I'm waiting to apply for the state exam and am new to the site. I hope to gain knowledge and expertise in the real estate field. I currently work in I.T. at a school district, and I am definitely looking forward to leaving the I.T. world. Always had a passion for real estate and hope to finally make the leap into it. I'm not sure where to ask my questions, so I'll wait on that. Very excited to dive into my new career.
