Did some driving for dollars in one of the areas I want to farm.  I found a number of properties that I would consider mailing to.  After doing some research on those properties, turns out about half of them are out of town owners, so I'm hopeful this is a good selection for a direct mailing campaign.  Mailing will go out the door tomorrow, I'm excited.  Wish me luck!

For those that have had some success with wholesaling, how long was it from the time you started actively hunting for deals until you closed your first one?  For those that haven't closed a deal, yet, how long have you been working it?  Thanks

New wholesaler farming deals in the NW Valley...Peoria, Surprise, etc. looking to build list of cash buyers for potential fix and flips.

I will be doing my first Drive for Dollars this weekend.  I'm pretty excited about it.  Time to stop thinking and start doing.
